Drag and Drop Calendars

CMMStar™ offers robust preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking. Customized preventive maintenance programs can be created based on a calendar, conditions or predictive metrics and can be easily viewed by equipment or maintenance group. Maintenance schedules can be created on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual or multi-annual basis and rolling manual or automated work order generation can be initiated at custom predetermined intervals. An available 52-week view of maintenance activities by group offers drill-down-detail and empowers efficient management of your maintenance program.

Comprehensive Asset Management Capabilities

Both critical and non-critical assets are easy to track and manage starting with an intuitive interface for entering or importing asset lists. Once assets are loaded, the system tracks all pedigree data such as manufacturer, model, serial number, size, location, vendor, etc and allows you to track equipment problems and failure counts to facilitate robust performance analytics. Assets can be assigned service schedule targets and compliance with those targets can be monitored to assure that each piece of equipment is receiving the desired and necessary level of maintenance activity.

CMMStar™ can also integrate with building management or monitoring systems to aggregate and/or display real-time data in either system.

Critical Incident Management

Horizonline's critical incident management capabilities provide the tools for capturing critical incident data such as when and where an incident occurred, whether the incident resulted in an outage or a save and a full description of the incident. Automated report distribution to stakeholders via email and tracking of the full approval chain details assure accurate and complete documentation of all incidents.

Work orders used to resolve an incident can be linked to the incident itself so that the resources that were needed for incident resolution can be tracked. And, most significantly, users can track root cause analysis and capture permanent corrective actions for future planning and improvement.

Integrated Document Management

At the core of CMMStar’s Integrated Document Management module is a robust document repository based on a hierarchical file system and integrated versioning. The repository can be used for a variety of documents including drawings, asset documentation, policy documents, COIs, MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, contracts, bulletins, etc. You can upload documents directly to the folder system or as part of working with items on the system such as work orders or assets. Once in the repository, the same document can be linked to multiple items, thus eliminating the need to upload documents multiple times. And with versioning, if you upload a new version of a document, all linked items are automatically associated with the latest version. This is very powerful when dealing with documentation that changes over time and for allowing MOPs and SOPs to be linked to future work orders. Change it once and all future work orders automatically will use the latest procedures.

Work Order and Work Request Management

At its core, CMMStar™ provides comprehensive, mission critical work order management. Users can easily create, assign and manage work orders and work requests from any browser, anytime, anywhere. Work order details, including technicians, labor, materials, parts, tools, tasks, documents, vendors and costs can be easily tracked. Detailed work orders can be manually entered or automatically generated. Work can be assigned to any stakeholders including technicians and vendors or administrative “watchers” who can view any notification - assuring broad visibility throughout the organization and the work order life cycle. Additionally, as needed, work orders can easily be viewed or placed on our drag-and drop calendar.

Integrated Change Management

Fully integrated change management workflow designed specifically to meet the stringent requirements of Tier IV level data centers are all part of the package. Documentation including MOPs and SOPs are automatically communicated to stakeholders through predefined approval processes. Stakeholders are also informed as work gets completed.
